If you are living with cancer
A diagnosis of cancer brings many changes: changes to your physical being, changes in the feelings you experience, changes to your daily routine and schedule, and for many, changes in the way you live your life. In response to these changes, it is normal to experience a range of emotions that can change from day to day, hour to hour, and even minute to minute.
Our hope is that no one will have to face these changes alone. We know that there are many things you can do in order to live well with cancer. Whether you are newly diagnosed, going through treatment, or are beyond treatment, we invite you to join our programs. You may want to consider participating in any of these classes:
- Nutrition Classes – learn how to prepare good-for-you, cancer fighting foods that taste good too
- Cancer Support Group – an opportunity to meet others who are experiencing cancer, and share and receive hope and support
- Mind Body Movement Classes – learn calming movements in beginner level classes such as Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong to nourish both the mind and the body
