This circle is a weekly gathering of heart-centered survivors and supporters coming together to learn Healing Touch for self and for one another. This energy-based approach to wellness helps relieve discomfort and distress and improves well-being in body, mind and spirit.

Wellness Through Deep Hypnosis
Dr. Scot Giles, a renowned hypnotherapist, guides you through a self-hypnosis experience developed to help release pain and facilitate healing. Participants utilize headphones provided by Dr. Giles to benefit from a one on one hypnosis experience which is channeled through each headphone as Dr. Giles speaks into a recording system.
Expressive Arts Therapy
Expressive Arts Therapy is a series of programs which provide participants with an opportunity to experience their feelings, emotions and journeys by utilizing visiual art, music, movement, drama, storytelling and poetry. By engaging in the art making activity participants take part in their own healing, using the language of their own consciousness. It is guided from within, rather than imposed from without. The programs change every calendar striving to utilize various genres of experience for participants.
Writing Towards Wellness
This class allows you the space and time to express your thought and feelings onto paper. Each week you will be met with an imaginative writing prompt, a time to write down your reflections, and a safe space to share your words. The result will be a valuable collection of dreams, memories, and personal stories of hope and survival. Journals will be provided.
