Individual Tune-Ups: Massage, Reiki, and Healing Touch

Wellness Tune-Ups are half-hour appointments to provide relaxation and relief of discomfort during the cancer experience. Massage Therapy is manipulation of soft tissues of the physical body; Healing Touch is non-contact or light touch to balance the body’s energy field. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing with similar results to Healing Touch. Massage and Energy Healing can be helpful for dealing with physical discomforts of cancer and treatments, the mental and emotional distress of uncertainty and changes, and the spiritual challenge of remaining connected to inner resources such as faith and hope.
