Expressive Arts Therapy

Expressive Arts Therapy is a series of programs which provide participants with an opportunity to experience their feelings, emotions and journeys by utilizing visiual art, music, movement, drama, storytelling and poetry. By engaging in the art making activity participants take part in their own healing, using the language of their own consciousness. It is guided from within, rather than imposed from without. The programs change every calendar striving to utilize various genres of experience for participants.

Flute Circle

When an individual is dealing with a cancer experience it is important that they learn how to express what they are feeling and self expression can come in a variety of forms. The Native American Flute Circle is geared for those who want to gain the therapeutic benefits of learning and playing music together, and of expressing themselves through music. No prior experience is necessary.
