Mind Body Movement:  Anyone affected by cancer and its treatment is invited to drop in to our mind body movement classes to restore a sense of wellness.

Beginning Mat Yoga

Learn gentle, restorative mat based yoga positions.

Beginning Chair Yoga

Learn gentle, restorative chair based yoga positions.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of movement used as a lifestyle strategy to promote physical health and harmony in body, mind and spirit.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is the therapeutic exercise of body, mind and breath to stimulate qi (chi), or energy, to enhance strength, circulation and overall wellbeing. The first 30 minutes of the class is an introduction for newcomers to Qi Gong.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE THURSDAY QI GONG CLASS IS CANCELLED FROM 2-12-15 THROUGH 3-5-15. 


Nia is a mind-body movement practice for all ages and levels of fitness, using choreography to soul-stirring music.  Inspired by elements from the martial, dance and healing arts, you'll discover your own joyful journey with Nia and positively shape the way you feel, look and live.
