Tribute Gifts
Often we want to memorialize or celebrate the life of a loved one in a way that recognizes a cause that is important to them. Wellness House gratefully accepts such gifts, and will send an acknowledgment on your behalf. Please note that the amount of your contribution will remain confidential.
Gifts may also be made in honor of a joyous occasion, a birthday, anniversary, graduation or other milestone. Again, an acknowledgment is sent to the celebrant whose achievement you are honoring.
Online Donation
Once you complete your online transaction, you will be asked to let us know the name of the person that your gift is honoring and the name and address of the person/family that should be notified of your gift.
