This class is “open gym” time for supervised use of the exercise facilities. This is an opportunity to increase your exercise time during the week and to exercise on your own.
Class times include:
- M/W 6:30-7:30pm
*** To accommodate the changing needs of our program the Monday and Wednesday 11:30 – 12:30 Self Directed Workout will become Exercise for Getting Well effective Wednesday, July 7th.
